What a beautiful week we have had with spring-like weather! Everyone has enjoyed being outside playing and working. The forecast is saying more winter weather may be coming next week but let's keep our fingers crossed that changes.!
As the weather continues to get better our students will be outside more. It is important children wear shoes that are safe for running and climbing. We recommend closed-toe shoes with a back. It is also a good time to check the extra clothing in your child's bag to make sure everything is weather appropriate.
We have a change in our Pizza Day schedule for April. Due to a Kindergarten field trip, the April Pizza Day will now be April 15th.

Covid Procedure Update
Now that we have students receiving the vaccination it is time for an update/refresher in our COVID protocols. As we have since the beginning of the pandemic, we continue to follow the CDC recommendations as closely as possible. Also, we must follow guidelines set by the Division of Child Care for the state of Kentucky.
LMS can not accept home test COVID results. To return to school after an individual tests positive for COVID or has a direct exposure resulting in a quarantine period a laboratory test result or release by the Fayette County Health Department is required.
